Super Easy Honey Granola


3 Cups Oats

1 Cup Almonds

1/2 Cup Pecans

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1/3 Honey

1/4 tsp Almond Extract

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 tbsp Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 350

Grind half the almonds and pecans in a food processor and chop up the other half.

Pour into a large bowl.

Microwave oil for 1 minute in a small bowl, combine honey almond extract and vanilla extract.

Pour in honey mix and mix with a spatula, folding it in to mix.

Cover a baking pan with parchment paper then spread out the granola mix evenly.

Bake for 10 minutes, remove it after 5 minutes, mix then put back in for the last 5.

Let it cool on the tray then break up into small pieces and store in an air tight container.
